The International Review of Quantitative Analysis in Tourism and Enterprise Management (QATEM) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by ASTA Research Center. It is issued twice a year (June and December) and provides an international platform for advancing knowledge through rigorous quantitative inquiry into tourism, hospitality, and enterprise management. The journal accepts manuscripts written in English. QATEM promotes interdisciplinary dialogue and critical engagement with contemporary issues in tourism and enterprise sectors, emphasising quantitative research approaches such as statistical modelling, econometrics, survey-based analysis, big data analytics, experimental designs, and other data-driven methods. The journal encourages empirical, conceptual, and theoretical studies that contribute to a deeper understanding of socio-economic, cultural, organisational, and environmental dynamics in tourism and business contexts across diverse geographical settings. Topics of interest include but are not limited to tourism policy and planning, visitor experience, community-based tourism, organisational performance, leadership in enterprise management, sustainability metrics, service innovation, labour and employment trends in hospitality, local entrepreneurship, and the socio-economic dimensions of tourism development. QATEM invites contributions from researchers, practitioners, and educators who are engaged in quantitative research and statistical analysis. Special attention is given to submissions that challenge conventional assumptions, offer innovative perspectives, or deepen methodological understanding in quantitative tourism and enterprise research. Manuscripts that do not follow the journal’s submission guidelines or fall outside its scope may be declined prior to peer review. All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.
