Quantitative Analysis in Tourism and Enterprise Management (QATEM) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the ASTA Research Center. The journal aims to advance evidence-based knowledge and methodological innovation in tourism, hospitality, and enterprise management by providing a global platform for high-quality scholarly research. QATEM has a primary focus on quantitative research, publishing studies that employ rigorous analytical methods such as statistical modelling, econometrics, structural equation modeling (SEM), survey-based analysis, experimental research, big data analytics, and other data-driven approaches. The journal's scope encompasses empirical, conceptual, theoretical, and methodological research addressing tourism development, hospitality management, enterprise performance, entrepreneurship, sustainability, tourist's behaviour, innovation, governance, and related socio-economic, organisational, and environmental issues across diverse geographical contexts. While quantitative inquiry defines the journal's core identity, outstanding qualitative and mixed-methods studies that make substantial theoretical, methodological, or practical contributions are also welcomed. Through its interdisciplinary perspective, QATEM seeks to bridge research and practice by publishing work that informs policy, supports managerial decision-making, and contributes to the sustainable advancement of tourism and enterprise worldwide.
Manuscripts that do not follow the journal’s submission guidelines or fall outside its scope may be declined prior to peer review. All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.
